Provision of nutritional advice based on how to lose weight safely and effectively based upon one's BMI and macro-nutrient caloric intake.
Nutritional Coaching/Meal and Maintenance Plans

Comprehensive basal metabolic rate breakdown to determine the precise amount of fats, carbohydrates, and protein one should consume to lose or gain weight.

Provision of 4 week meal plan based upon the results of client's BMR breakdown

Inclusive within the plan will be the precise amount of calories, grams, and percentages the client should consume in fats, carbohydrates, and protein in case there is a need to modify the meal plan.

Follow up meal planning, monitoring and maintenance for a 2 week period
